The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Level 3 Building Certifier/Inspector — or a Cadet nearing registration or currently studying — to carry out inspections across South Brisbane. This is a field-based position focusing entirely on inspections for project and custom home builders. You’ll be part of a supportive, well-established team that values professionalism, proactive communication, and client satisfaction.

About You

- Licensed in QLD as a Building Certifier (A3/A4 preferred — cadets encouraged to apply)
- Studying or completed a Building Surveying degree (essential)
- 1–2 years’ experience as a certifier or inspector




- Excellent attention to detail and robust communication skills
- Residential experience essential; commercial experience advantageous
- Current QLD driver’s licence
