What We’re Looking For Qualifications & Requirements:

- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (HLTFSE001, HLTFSE005, HLTFSE007)
- Barista qualification with hands-on coffee-making experience and the ability to manage day-to-day café operations.
- Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)

Skills, Attributes & Qualities Warm, engaging personality Experience in a café environment

Enthusiasm to develop the café business, increase loyalty, and boost reputation

Menu development aligned with seasons and customer preferences
