Bean Squeeze is a locally owned drive-thru coffee and food business that has been operating since 2006 - today, we have 16 stores across Greater Geelong. This September, we're excited to open our first store in Tarneit, and we're looking for great people to join the team.

About Bean Squeeze

At Bean Squeeze, our guiding philosophy is "Leave Happier." We strive to provide an environment that fosters friendships, encourages learning, presents challenges, and offers ongoing support and encouragement.

We are a predominantly drive-thru coffee and food brand with 14 stores around the Geelong area, and 4 recent stores opening in 2025.

Established in 2006 with a passion for excellent coffee and delicious food, we pride ourselves on our warm service, welcoming atmosphere and our commitment to ensuring that both our customers and team “Leave Happier.”

Our stores are busy, fast-paced environments where teamwork is essential. Every shift relies on people communicating well,

Many of our customers visit us every day. They know our team, they know their order, and they trust us to provide friendly service and quality products every time they visit.

We're looking for people who enjoy working with others, take pride in what they do and understand that the little things - like greeting a customer with a smile, keeping the store clean, or helping a teammate during a busy rush - make a big difference.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing quality coffee, drinks and food to Bean Squeeze standards.

- Delivering genuine, friendly customer service with every interaction.

- Working as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

- Following Bean Squeeze systems and procedures to ensure consistency.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented store.

- Helping create an environment where both customers and teammates leave happier.

What we're looking for

We're looking for people who:

- Enjoy working with people and providing great customer service.

- Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn.

- Work well as part of a team and support those around them.

- Can stay calm and organised in a busy environment.

- Take pride in doing the small things well.

- Are reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic.

- Are available to work a rotating roster, including early mornings and weekends.

Previous coffee or hospitality experience isn't essential.



If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need.

Training

As we're opening a brand-new store, training will begin before the September opening. Some training will take place at our existing Geelong stores, where you'll learn our systems and work alongside experienced Bean Squeeze team members before joining the Tarneit opening team.
