Cafe Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation and performance of the retail outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient store operations, and achievement of business objectives. The role provides hands-on leadership, supervising team members, coaching staff and students, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Coordinate the day to day preparation, display and service of food and beverages.

- Manage control systems to measure customer satisfaction, food and beverage costs, labour costs, profit margins and other operational aspects of the training outlet space.

- Supervise compliance with the food safety plan and other compliance requirements.

- Perform cleaning duties whilst maintaining compliance with food safety requirements.

Pay: $55,158.62 – $81,851.05 per year
