The Role

TheCampaign Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the customer journey from initial engagement through to retention within the Premium cohort.



This role supports the Proposition Manager, with execution of proposition planning, driving engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty throughout the customer journey. Additionally, the lead will leverage events and experiences to create impactful campaigns, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and creative activations

Key accountabilities:

- Develop and implement lifecycle campaign strategies aligned with Premium customer proposition planning business goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement at each stage of the lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and advocacy.
- Ensure campaign propositions are tailored to the specific needs of various customer segments, supporting customer profiling.
- Ensure effective value, sustainability & product merchandising, in all customer interactions
