CrewWorks Australia is looking for an experienced casual Bookkeeper to support our finance function on a part-time, work-from-home basis. This is a flexible role suited to a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and manage their own schedule.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, you'll be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping tasks that keep our accounts accurate and up to date. Hours are flexible and negotiable, with an estimated 10–12 hours per week depending on workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Manage payroll processing and STP reporting
- Prepare and lodge BAS
- Maintain accurate financial records in Xero (or similar software)
- Assist with month-end reporting
- General administrative support related to finance
About You
- Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally in a small business or agency environment
- Strong working knowledge of Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting software
- Sound understanding of Australian payroll, superannuation, and BAS requirements
- High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- A reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent experience preferred
