Monday and Wednesday evening availability essential Cater Care is seeking a Catering Assistant to join our team at St Mark’s College, supporting a busy university residential dining hall. Working alongside the Chef Manager, you’ll assist with kitchen operations and front-of-house service to deliver a welcoming dining experience for students, staff and guests.

Maintain clean and safe kitchen and dining areas

Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards About You Desired Skills and Experience Experience in high-volume kitchen operations and food service

Front-of-house supervisory experience is essential

Strong organisation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Versatile, reliable and professional approach

Sound knowledge of food safety and OH&S; practices Successful applicants must complete a Working With Children Check prior to commencement.
