Newcastle Endoscopy Centre is a two-theatre specialist day hospital located in Charlestown in the City of Lake Macquarie, New South Wales. Newcastle Endoscopy Centre commenced operations in 2013 and joined Cura Day Hospitals Group in 2019. We perform gastroscopies and colonoscopies and associated therapies on patients from 16 years.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses or Registered Nurses (Admissions/ Second-stage Recovery) for casual or part time positions.
- Relevant nursing qualifications with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 3–5 years' post-registration nursing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 2 years' experience in a day surgery or procedural setting
