Carpenters – Modular Construction @ Crestmead

The Opportunity

We’re currently looking for experienced Carpenters to join our team at our Crestmead factory . You'll be instrumental in supporting the delivery of our expanding modular construction projects through hands-on fabrication, installation, and finishing of modular units—both in the factory and on-site.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role offering consistent hours, structured schedules, and long-term career opportunities with one of Queensland’s most progressive builders.

Your Day-to-Day

We’re seeking skilled Carpenters to join our production team. You’ll play a hands-on role in fabricating, assembling, installing and finishing modular components both in our factory and on site. This is a full-time role offering consistent hours, structured schedules and long-term career opportunities.

- Perform a full range of carpentry tasks, including framing, fit-off, cladding and finishes





- Assemble and install prefabricated modular sections as per technical drawings

- Work collaboratively with production, site and design teams to meet project milestones

- Conduct quality checks and maintain secure, compliant work practices

- Travel to modular site installations across SEQ as required (with allowances)

What You’ll Need

- Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)

- 5+ years’ experience in residential or modular construction

- Full set of carpentry tools + reliable Ute or Van

- Ability to read technical drawings and plans

- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

- Must be a team player that enjoys achieving project targets

- White Card and valid driver’s license

- Desirable : Lead carpenter experience, fix-out/cabinetry skills, First Aid or EWP ticket

What’s On Offer

- Casual Employees or Full Time

- Casual: $52.02/hr ($72.83/hr daily overtime)

- Full Time $41.62/hr ($62.43/hr daily overtime)

- Increased rates for leading hands.

- Structured 5-day, 44-hour work week with regular overtime
