On Point Catering Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Front of House Manager & Cafe allrounders' to join our team at Moorebank sports club, NSW location. There is a full-time role for FOH Manager that will see you play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and overseeing the front of house operations of our busy catering business.
What you'll be doing (Managers)
Manage the daily operations of the front of house team, including scheduling, training and monitoring staff performance
Ensure consistently high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Coordinate table reservations, greet and seat customers, and manage any customer queries or complaints
Oversee the set-up, service and clearing of events and functions
Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages as required
Maintain a clean, safe and organised front of house environment
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve front of house operations
Functions - Overseeing the functions & events within the catering department for the Drift Cafe & Restaurant.
What you'll be doing (cafe staff)
Cafe Food Prep
Barista - Coffee Making
Running food to the tables
Customer Service
Cash handling and POS systems
Cleaning and clearing tables
Restocking caddies & tables and polishing cutlery
What we're looking for
Significant experience in a similar front of house management role within the hospitality industry
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth front of house operations
Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of a busy catering business
Food handling and service certifications highly desirable
