We are seeking passionate, energetic, and skilled Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our front-of-house team.

The Role

As a member of our F&B; team, you will be the face of Merribee, ensuring our guests receive warm, attentive, and efficient service. Your duties will include:

- Setting up event spaces, dining areas, and bars to our high visual standards.

- Welcoming guests and providing exceptional food and beverage service during weddings, functions, and daytime events.

- Tray-serving canapés, pouring drinks, and managing table service efficiently.

- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment in compliance with food safety standards.

- Assisting with event pack-down and ensuring the venue is left pristine.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, events,



or fine dining is highly regarded, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.

- Compliance: A current, valid New South Wales Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card is required.

- Availability: High availability for evening and weekend shifts , as these are our peak event times, as well as occasional daytime and weekday hours.

- Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent grooming standards, and the ability to work cohesively in a fast-paced team environment.

- Transport: Reliable transport to Numbaa, as public transport options are limited during late-night finishes.
