The Opportunity:

We are looking for dedicated Care Service Employees to join our team. In this role, you will provide safe, respectful, and quality care to support residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing in alignment with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and the new Aged Care Act 2024.

You will contribute to delivering person-centred care, cultural inclusion, and clinical support under supervision, ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and organisational requirements.

What you’ll do:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and continence support.
- Provide culturally safe, trauma-informed, and inclusive care tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Observe, document,



and report any changes in residents’ health, well-being, or behaviour.
- Contribute to infection prevention and control and ensure safe medication administration.
- Engage respectfully with residents, families, carers, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to the learning culture.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
- Speak Arabic (Highly desirable)
- Have previous experience in aged care.
- Have experience in personal care delivery and supporting older people.
- Have an ability to work collaboratively across all teams and areas.
- Have experience with aged care clinical systems (e.g., BestMED, eCase) (Desirable)
- Have a kind, patient, and respectful approach to supporting residents, families, and your colleagues.
