As we prepare for another busy summer season, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Pool Service Technician to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced technician or someone with a strong work ethic looking to develop a long-term career, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Working both independently and as part of our team, you’ll service residential and commercial swimming pools throughout Sydney.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Regular pool servicing and maintenance
- Water testing and chemical balancing
- Diagnosing pool water issues
- Equipment inspections and basic repairs
- Installation and replacement of pool equipment when required
- Maintaining accurate service records
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Keeping your service vehicle clean, organised and well-stocked

Every day is different, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical skills while building lasting relationships with customers.

About You

You’ll be someone who:

- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Has excellent attention to detail




- Enjoys working outdoors and being active
- Is reliable, honest and punctual
- Communicates professionally with customers
- Can work independently and manage your time effectively
- Has a current Australian driver’s licence
- Is willing to learn and continually improve

Pool industry experience is highly regarded but not essential. We value attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.
