The Assistant Director / Educational Leader is a dual leadership role that combines operational support with educational leadership to support the successful opening of our newest early learning service. Working closely with the Centre Director, this position is responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations while leading curriculum development, mentoring educators, and embedding high-quality practices to establish a robust foundation for the service
