The Retail Sales Assistant at M.J. Bale plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our company casual retail environment. This position requires an individual with a passion for men's fashion and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences for our customers.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities Include
Assisting customers with product selection, providing style advice, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
Operating the point of sale system, processing transactions accurately, and managing cash handling procedures.
Maintaining store presentation standards, including visual merchandising and ensuring products are displayed effectively.
Contributing to achieving sales targets by actively promoting products and assisting with stock replenishment.
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge,
including fabric composition, garment care, and understanding the brand's heritage.
Participating in regular training sessions to enhance selling skills and keep abreast of new product launches.
Building solid relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive approach to their work. They should be able to work well within a team environment while also being capable of working independently when required. A keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in men's fashion are essential attributes for this role.
