M.J. Bale is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Casual Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Westfield Bondi Junction.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, has an interest in fashion and styling, and wants to work with a premium Australian menswear brand.
You do not need to be a menswear expert—we will provide the product knowledge and support you need. What matters most is your attitude, reliability and ability to create an outstanding experience for every customer.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you will:
- Welcome customers and deliver friendly, personalised service.
- Help customers find the right products, fits and styles for every occasion.
- Build genuine customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Contribute to individual and store sales targets.
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently recommend complete looks.
- Maintain high visual-merchandising and store-presentation standards.
- Assist with stock replenishment, processing deliveries and daily store operations.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Bondi Junction team.
