About the Role
As a Track Safety Marshal, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every customer has a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience.
This is a casual weekend position offering approximately 15-25 hours per week, with additional hours available during busy periods and public and school holidays.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Supervising go-kart sessions and maintaining a safe racing environment
· Briefing customers on safety procedures and track rules
· Monitoring races and responding quickly to incidents
· Assisting guests on and off the track
· Performing basic kart checks and minor maintenance tasks
· Preparing karts for racing sessions
· Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the track and surrounding areas
· Delivering outstanding customer service to every guest
· Working closely with teammates to ensure events run safely and efficiently

About You
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced workplace.
You'll ideally have:
· A friendly, outgoing and energetic personality
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A solid commitment to safety
· Outstanding customer service skills
· Basic mechanical aptitude (preferred but not essential)
· Basic computer skills
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn
· A reliable work ethic and the ability to follow procedures
· A high level of physical fitness
· An interest in motorsport or go-karting (advantageous)
· Availability to work weekends, evenings, public holidays and school holidays on a rotating roster
Please note: This is an active outdoor role involving standing for extended periods, walking, pushing karts and working in varying weather conditions.
