You are a confident and commercially minded Category Manager who brings both strategic thinking and execution excellence; where you will drive category performance, to deliver customer-focused ranges, and creating compelling promotional strategies that set Petstock apart.

A Snapshot of Your Day

- Develop and execute annual category strategies aligned to business goals
- Negotiate innovative and commercially compelling promotions with suppliers
- Lead range reviews and pricing strategies in line with the review calendar
- Source and select products aligned to company vision and merchandising plans
- Build solid supplier partnerships to achieve mutual growth outcomes
- Deliver the Category Business Plan to meet budgeted KPIs
- Oversee product setup and ongoing maintenance in systems
- Coordinate category communications across stores and operational teams

What You Will Bring To The Role...

- Proven experience in a Category Manager or Buyer role
- Strong understanding of retail metrics and commercial drivers
- Demonstrated success in supplier negotiation and relationship management
- Experience across category management, product development or importing




- Ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- A collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills
- A genuine passion for pets and the pet industry
