We’re seeking our next Cellar Door Manager to lead our passionate team and bring the Wynns story to life for visitors from around the world.

You will have experience managing a business and people, a passion for wine, a love for offering top level hospitality/tourism experiences, and a can-do attitude. You might already have years of Cellar Door Manager experience, or be current to the wine industry. The right skills set, experience and attitude are what will set you up for success in this role.

Your days will involve

· Sharing your knowledge, passion and expertise about the Wynns wines and the Coonawarra region with visitors at one of the major destinations of the region

· Managing a small team to execute benchmark cellar door tasting experiences,



wine offers and consumer experiences

· P&L; responsibility for cellar door performance, as well as managing forecasting and inventory

· Developing and executing the cellar door strategic plan including collaborating with other wineries, local tourism and corporate engagement programs

· Leadership and development of the cellar door team and tourism program

· Taking care of site health and safety, compliance

· Managing cellar door relations with our wine makers and winery team

Skills/Experience

· A deep love for great wine

· Experience working in or managing a winery cellar door

· High level communication skills

· Strong customer service skills and storytelling ability

· Strong commercial, strategic thinking and execution skills

· Strong skills across Word, Excel and basic Point of Sale Operations

· Current Victorian RSA and Driver’s License
