Lead a Centre Where Your Leadership Truly Matters A 45 space Long Day Care service is seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead our well-established early learning service in Bayswater.

This is an exciting chance for a confident leader who enjoys building strong teams, mentoring educators, delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families, and driving occupancy growth through exceptional customer service and community engagement.

You'll be supported by an experienced Approved Provider and Head Office team, allowing you to focus on what matters most—leading your team, growing the centre, and delivering outstanding early childhood education.

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the service.
- Inspire, mentor and support a passionate team of educators.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services National Regulations and Child Safe Standards.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the local community.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and maintain strong enrolment numbers.
- Conduct centre tours and build trusting relationships with prospective families.
- Work closely with Head Office on marketing initiatives, community engagement and enrolment growth.
- Manage staffing, rosters and daily centre operations.




- Monitor centre performance, occupancy and family satisfaction.
- Support continuous quality improvement and maintain high educational standards.
- Foster a positive, respectful and collaborative team culture.
