Duncraig Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced Childcare Educator to join our friendly and dedicated team.

We are a 47-place, community-based, not-for-profit early learning service that has proudly supported children and families for over 40 years. Our Centre provides a calm, engaging and nurturing setting where children are encouraged to Discover, Engage and Grow, and where educators are supported to do their best work.

About the Role

As a Childcare Educator, you will:

- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
- Observe, document and celebrate children's learning and development.
- Help create inviting learning spaces that reflect children's interests and promote curiosity.

What You'll Bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Certificate III or higher.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).




- Experience working in an early childhood setting.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework V2.0 and the National Quality Framework.
- Experience documenting children's learning using an online platform.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude, initiative and genuine passion for early childhood education.
