The Opportunity

As a Childcare Educator, you'll play an key role in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn.

Working alongside a passionate and experienced team, you'll help deliver high-quality education while building strong relationships with children and families.

Your Responsibilities

- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

- Create engaging learning experiences that support children's growth and development.





- Supervise and guide children throughout their daily routines.

- Assist in implementing our educational program.

- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment.

- Observe and document children's learning and development.

- Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional education and care.

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, reliable, and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young children.

You’ll ideally have:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively working towards one.

- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one.

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to work collaboratively within a team.

- A genuine passion for early childhood education.

- Australian working rights.

Please note: Due to government regulations, applicants must hold, or be actively working towards, a minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Unfortunately, applications that do not meet this requirement cannot be considered.
