Our Opportunity

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Erina centre for Dental Assistants/Receptionists seeking casual employment. Our modern dental practice includes 4 chairs and delivers a wide range of dental treatments.

You’ll be the welcoming face of our centre, managing patient bookings, payments, and delivering exceptional service at the front desk. Alongside reception duties, you’ll support the clinical team through chair‑side assisting and sterilisation, learning key Steri processes. You’ll be part of an inclusive, supportive team focused on providing excellent patient care and a positive workplace culture.

- Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday is essential (weekend penalty rates apply!)

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring:

- Experience as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist across chair-side and sterilisation is advantageous

- Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols

- A caring, team-focused approach to patient care

- Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
