Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic, driven, and people-focused Club Manager to lead one of our Sydney CBD surrounding clubs. As Club Manager, you'll play a key role in growing the business, leading a positive club culture, and delivering an outstanding experience for every member. You'll be empowered to make an impact by driving membership growth, developing your team, and creating a welcoming community where members achieve their fitness goals.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the club. You will lead from the front, ensuring operational excellence while driving sales, member retention, and community engagement.

Your success will be measured by your ability to grow the membership base, deliver exceptional customer service, and create an environment where both members and staff thrive.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive new membership sales and consistently achieve monthly targets and KPIs.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable member experiences.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and presentation of the club.

- Recruit, lead, coach, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals.

- Build strong relationships within the local community through outreach and partnerships.

- Conduct club tours, manage enquiries, and onboard new members.

- Implement strategies to improve member retention and satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety requirements.





- Create engaging social media content that showcases the club, members, and community.

Competitive Salary + Bonus

Enjoy a competitive base salary plus an attractive performance bonus structure focused on club growth and member retention, with the opportunity to earn up to $18,000 per year in additional incentives.

Great Work-Life Balance

Core club hours are:

- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 6:30 pm

- Friday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

- No regular Saturday work required.

About You

You are an enthusiastic leader who enjoys motivating others and creating an exceptional member experience.

You will ideally have:

- Experience in club management, fitness, retail, hospitality, or sales leadership.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

- A passion for health, fitness, and helping people achieve their goals.

- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and business KPIs.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Solid organisational and time management abilities.

- Confidence using social media, with the ability to create engaging content and comfortably represent the club on camera.

- A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused mindset.

Essential Qualifications

- Certificate III in Fitness (Certificate IV preferred).

- Current First Aid and CPR certification.

- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

- Current fitness industry registration will be highly regarded.
