About the Role
This is more than a retail sales role. You’ll assist clients with everything from everyday jewellery and meaningful gifts to engagement rings, diamonds and special occasion pieces.
You’ll support the day-to-day operation of the store while providing an exceptional experience to every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a friendly, personalised client experience
- Assist clients in selecting silver, gold and diamond jewellery
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Guide clients through engagement ring and jewellery consultations
- Maintain exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising
- Assist with stock control and day-to-day store operations
- Support the wider team during busy trading periods
About You
- Previous jewellery experience is not essential
- A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Skilled, organised and client-focused
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Available to work weekends, late-night trading and peak retail periods
- Flexible availability across a part-time or casual roster
