As we continue to expand nationwide, we're looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Brand New Location Morayfield team and be part of our success story. This role is a hybrid role mainly focused at digital custumer service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with 4WD enthusiasts, tradespeople, and adventurers - providing exceptional service and helping customers get the most out of their off-road and camping experience.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

- Greeting customers and maintaining a professional, well-presented showroom

- Preparing and following up on quotes for 4x4 accessories and parts

- Managing and processing customer orders efficiently





- Maintaining accurate records and customer databases

- Assisting with stock control and merchandising

- Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations when needed

- Working towards branch sales targets and KPIs in store and via phone

- Contributing to online E-commerce custumer service space

- Ensuring a safe and positive workplace environment

- Inbound and Outbound calls daily

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience or an interest in Automotive or 4x4 industry

- Trade, mechanical, or automotive background (advantageous but not required)

- Requires confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- Can work independently and unsupervised

- Passion for 4WDs, camping, or the outdoors is a big plus!
