The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join our growing team.

This is a full-time position; however, flexible part-time arrangements may be considered for candidates who are continuing their studies.

As a Graduate Surveyor, you will gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects while working alongside our experienced Registered Surveyors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about surveying, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career within a well-established consultancy.

About You

- Australian tertiary qualification – Advanced Diploma or Degree level surveying qualification
- A genuine interest in pursuing registration as a surveyor or actively working towards BOSSI accreditation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.




- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and surveying methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with a wide variety of interesting surveying projects
- Operate and learn surveying equipment and drafting software, including Leica & Trimble GNSS, Leica total stations, levels, and associated technologies, Magnet, AutoCAD.
- Process and analyse survey data, Prepare plans, calculations, reports, and survey documentation.
- Develop an understanding of relevant surveying legislation, guidelines, planning controls, and industry standards.
- Participate in mentoring and professional development programs designed to support your pathway toward registration.
