Lando Valuations & Asset Strata Valuers are expanding and we're looking for an experienced Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) to join our team on a part time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of valuation services, including:

- Mortgage Valuations
- Non-Mortgage Valuations

- Consultancy reports

- Strata Insurance Valuations

- Capital Works Fund Forecasts
- WHS & Asbestos Reporting

Whether your experience is primarily in residential mortgage work or you've built a career across specialist valuation services, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with the Australian Property Institute or MRICS accreditation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Current driver licence and willingness to travel with interstate travel possible.
- Solid attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent deadline and time management skills.
