Lead strategic change management activities across a large-scale Student Experience Transformation Program. Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness, and adoption initiatives. Develop and execute the overarching change strategy across multiple concurrent projects. Play a hands-on role partnering with sponsors, project teams, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement change, communication, and engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors, and impacted business groups.
- Create and deliver key messaging, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive business engagement, readiness,



and adoption across multiple transformation initiatives.

A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following

- Proven experience leading change management within complex technology transformation programs.
- Exceptional senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on in delivery.
- Experience with Salesforce, digital transformation, or higher education environments will be highly regarded.
