We're seeking 2 experienced Organisational Change Managers to support major ICT and digital transformation initiatives within a Federal Government environment.

Key requirements:

✅ Proven experience leading end-to-end organisational change for ICT/digital transformation programs

✅ Solid skills in change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness planning

✅ Experience applying structured OCM methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)

✅ Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive successful business adoption

✅ Government or large enterprise experience highly regarded
