About the role The Keilor Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef de partie to join our talented culinary team in our Western Suburbs Melbourne VIC location. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes to our discerning clientele.

What you'll be doing

- Prepare, cook and present a variety of dishes to the highest standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen team environment.

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant or hotel kitchen
2. Formal culinary training or a recognised qualification in Commercial Cookery.
3. Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations.
4. Solid communication & ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
5. Successful applicant/s will need to be also available to work weekends and evenings including some split shifts.
