This is a on-site role for a Chef located in XS Espresso - UNSW, NSW.

The Chef is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Kitchen, including managing stock, Managing produce prep, and maintaining all equipment whilst providing exceptional food quality and safety, and maintaining a welcoming and clean environment.

Qualifications

- Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge and expertise
- Sales skills to drive incremental sales and revenue growth
- Proven experience in a commercial kitchen environment

- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the café or restaurant industry is preferred
