We provide services such as EAP counselling, critical incident response, onsite and remote support, psychosocial risk management, and tailored wellbeing consultation to help individuals and organisations thrive.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Executive Leadership Team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis by driving budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, performance reporting and strategic planning to support organisational growth and informed decision-making.
- Provide Commercial Leadership through market analysis, pricing strategy, profitability reviews, contract support and evaluation of business opportunities that enhance revenue, margins and long-term sustainability.
- Oversee Finance Operations ensuring effective financial management, cash flow oversight, compliance with accounting standards, process improvement and the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Drive Governance, Risk & Compliance by maintaining robust governance frameworks, managing organisational risk, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting Board and Committee activities.
- Partner with Executive Leaders to provide strategic financial and commercial advice,
support operational decision-making and deliver insights that improve business performance and resource optimisation.
- Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams by coaching and mentoring staff, driving performance and capability development, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, with CA, CPA or equivalent professional credentials highly regarded.
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior finance leadership or management role, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering business outcomes.
- Solid financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management expertise.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using Power BI and other reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Commercially astute with the ability to interpret complex data, identify opportunities and provide strategic business advice.
- Experience in contract management and commercial negotiations, particularly within complex operating environments, is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of finance operations, governance, compliance and risk management principles.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements, establish new functions and work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
- Hands-on, proactive and outcomes-focused, with a genuine desire to contribute to organisational growth and success.
