What You Will Need:
- Experience within the Civil Construction Industry.
- Manager or leading hand experience.
- Machine Operator experience and tickets
- The willingness to be hands-on and jump on a machine when needed.
- Knowledge of what it takes to keep a workplace safe.
- The ability to organise people and materials for projects and daily jobs.
- A sound level of computer skills.
What You Will Do: Reporting to the Council's Operations Manager, you will lead and supervise teams to provide a high standard of services within the community including construction, upgrades and maintenance of:
- Roads.
- Footpaths.
- Drainage.
- Waste collection, transfer and disposal
