We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Claims Manager (Australia) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing claims processes, supporting customers, and ensuring claims are handled efficiently and professionally.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Manage and oversee insurance claims from submission to resolution.

? Review claim details, assess documentation, and ensure accuracy.

? Communicate with customers, insurers, and relevant stakeholders throughout the claims process.

? Investigate claims and identify potential issues or discrepancies.

? Provide timely updates and support to clients regarding claim status.

? Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

? Collaborate with internal teams to improve claims handling processes.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

?? Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
