What you’ll be doing

As part of our team, you’ll help create clean, safe and welcoming environments that make a positive difference every day. Working alongside supportive leaders and teammates, you’ll take pride in delivering high presentation standards and outstanding service for our clients and communities.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering cleaning services to a high standard across allocated sites
- Creating positive experiences through friendly and professional customer service
- Following workplace health and safety procedures and site requirements
- Working collaboratively to achieve team and client expectations
- Taking pride in your work with strong attention to detail and reliability
- Performing cleaning duties in line with scope to ensure presentation standards

Skills And Experiences

What we are looking for

- Previous shopping centre cleaning experience (advantage)
- Knowledge of commercial and retail cleaning practices (advantage)
- Machine operations experience such as scrubber,



buffer or sweeper (advantage)
- Available to work during day and night
- Experience working as a team player
- Excellent presentation always, and excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer service
- Basic computer literacy skills to use onsite systems for signing in and out, and reporting.
