Astill’s Electrical is growing across South East Queensland, and we’re looking for an experienced Solar Electrician to join our Brisbane team.

You’ll join an established Queensland electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of work, quality systems, experienced operational support and genuine opportunities to progress as our Brisbane operations grow.

- $60–$70 per hour + super, depending on experience and capability
- $2,000 sign-on bonus**

THE ROLE

You’ll work across solar, battery and electrical projects throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland, including:

- Residential and commercial solar installations




- Battery energy storage systems
- Switchboard upgrades and associated electrical works
- Testing, commissioning and fault finding
- Solar maintenance, diagnostics and rectification works
- Leading installations and supporting apprentices and trades assistants
- Communicating professionally with customers and project teams
- Delivering safe, productive and high-quality workmanship

ABOUT YOU

You’ll ideally have:

- Queensland Electrical Licence
- Current CPR/LVR and Construction White Card
- Demonstrated solar installation experience
- SAA Solar accreditation
- Battery accreditation highly regarded
- Strong technical and fault-finding capability
- High standards of workmanship and safety
- The ability to take ownership of jobs and solve problems
- A qualified approach with customers and your team
