We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourers and operators to join our team in the field of civil construction. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety and have a strong work ethic to support various construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Perform general labor tasks on construction sites such as digging, carrying materials, and using hand and power tools
- Support the construction team with various tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment

Qualifications

- Prior experience in civil construction or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects




- Strong commitment to safety and following established protocols
- Reliable and punctual with excellent teamwork skills
- Any relevant certifications or training in construction safety is a plus

Day-to-Day

- Arrive at the job site punctually and ready to engage in the day's tasks
- Work closely with the construction team to accomplish project goals
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Utilize various hand and power tools to carry out assigned tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow
