The Vintage is the spectacular setting for our award-winning golf course, designed by Greg Norman, and acclaimed hotel, Chateau Elan at The Vintage.
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Golf Attendant and Drinks Cart Attendant . If you have a passion for golf, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
These roles are ideal for someone who enjoys working in a premium golf environment and providing outstanding service to our members and guests.
Key Attributes Required
- Availability to work midweek and weekend shifts ranging between 5:30 am and 8:00 pm
- A genuine passion for golf and customer service
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or golf operations is highly regarded
- Experience with product sales and cash handling
- Valid NSW Driver’s License and own reliable transport
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- RSA competency card is essential
Duties & Responsibilities - including but not limited to
- Check tee booking sheets and booking comments to ensure guest requests are met
- Provide a warm welcome and qualified service to members and guests
- Assist with golf cart operations and outside golf services
- Ensure guests receive accurate and helpful golf information during check-in
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of the golf operation areas
- Operate the drinks cart across the golf course, providing refreshments and exceptional service to players
- Manage product sales, cash handling, and point-of-sale transactions
- Maintain stock levels and presentation of the drinks cart
- Deliver friendly and efficient service while creating a memorable experience for golfers
- Ensure RSA compliance and responsible service of alcohol at all times
