We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting the Finance Manager and wider business through efficient bookkeeping, financial administration and office support.
You will work closely with our teams in Australia and France , assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reconciliations and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes including invoice processing, payments, banking and debt collection.
Assist with bank, credit card and cash reconciliations .
Reconcile supplier invoices against open purchase orders , and run the monthly review and closing of completed POs (e.g. in Cin7).
Support COGS tracking and the month-end closing process .
Support the preparation of the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;)
and budget variance reporting .
Maintain accurate financial records and company systems .
Provide administrative support to the finance team.
Assist the Finance Manager with HR administration , including incentive calculations and communication with payroll providers.
About You
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping, accounts or finance administration role.
Sound understanding of accounting principles .
Experience with accounting software (Xero highly regarded) .
Exposure to purchase order / COGS reconciliation and month-end close ; familiarity with an inventory system (e.g. Cin7) is an advantage.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills .
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills .
Fluency in French would be highly regarded due to collaboration with our team in France.
