Northern Rivers Community Gateway in Lismore, NSW seeks an experienced RRK Coordinator to lead and oversee multiple Rainbow Region Kids services as Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader. You will supervise a team of Assistant Coordinators and educators to ensure safe, inclusive, engaging programs for primary school-aged children.

Core hours are 9:30 am–6:00 pm, 38 hours weekly, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance, programming, rostering and ongoing career development within a
