Key Responsibilities

- Support the execution of operational marketing plans, ensuring maximum customer engagement and ROI.
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing activities including advertising, PR, direct mail, SEM/SEO, and social media.
- Manage the briefing and day-to-day coordination with external creative and digital agencies.




- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data and systems like Propertybase and Adobe Creative Suite .
- Assist in the planning and execution of display suites, asset launches, and community events (some evening/weekend hours may be required).
- Develop and maintain individual project budgets and ensure marketing activities remain on track.

About You

- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within property, development, or service sectors.
- Strong competence in sales and marketing principles.
- Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing (Social Media) and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite .
- Top-tier written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and administration skills.
- Adaptable, flexible, and ready to take on new projects as our business pipeline grows.
