As part of our continued growth in the NDIS and Aged Care sectors, we are seeking compassionate, reliable and motivated team members to join our team.
This is a dual role position. Successful applicants must be willing and able to undertake both Support Work and Professional Cleaning Services. This is a condition of employment.

About the Role
Depending on client needs, your day may include:-
Support Work
- Assisting participants to live independently in their own homes
- Personal care (where required)
- Community access and social support
- Shopping and meal preparation
- Domestic assistance
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Building independence and capacity
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Accurate completion of progress notes and documentation
Cleaning Services
- General residential cleaning
- NDIS and Aged Care home cleaning
- Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Laundry and linen changes
- Deep cleans where required
- Maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or equivalent)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain where required)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable motor vehicle
- Motor vehicle insurance
- Smart phone for rostering and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Highly Desirable
- Experience in both disability support and residential cleaning
- Medication competency
- Manual handling experience
- Infection control knowledge
- Dementia experience
- Mental health support experience
- Behaviour support experience
- Availability across weekdays and occasional weekends

Important Information
This is not solely a cleaning role and not solely a support worker role.
Applicants must be willing to undertake both support work and cleaning duties as required by client needs and operational requirements.
If you are seeking only support work or only cleaning work, this position will not be suitable.
Position is field based, across Gold Coast and northern New South Wales
