The Opportunity An internationally recognised luxury brand is seeking a Client Advisor to join their high performing Melbourne CBD boutique.

The Role

- Build and maintain genuine, long term relationships with a discerning and loyal client base
- Develop deep product knowledge across the brand's collections and communicate it with confidence and authentic enthusiasm
- Deliver an exceptional in-boutique experience at every touchpoint
- Work with CRM systems to manage client relationships, drive appointments, and ensure no client is forgotten
- Participate in boutique events and private client evenings
- Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation at all times
- Represent the house with impeccable personal presentation and genuine passion for the product

About You You may not have worked in luxury before. But you have always belonged here.

- Experience in retail, hospitality, or a premium client-facing environment




- A genuine curiosity about luxury and an appreciation for the craftsmanship, heritage, and stories behind exceptional brands
- Natural ability to connect with people and make them feel genuinely valued
- Ambitious — you want to be the best at what you do and you are prepared to put in the work to get there
- Commercially driven with a desire to grow your client book and your earning potential
- Impeccable personal presentation and attention to detail
- Calm, considered, and unhurried in your approach to clients
- Fluency in a second language is highly regarded
