About The Role The Client Service Officer (CSO) is the first point of contact for most clients who access care at cohealth and is responsible for client reception, registration, client appointments, data entry and other associated functions. Please refer to the Position Description to know more about the role.

Your Duties Include

Respond to enquiries from clients and visitors and receive clints who present to the centre Participate in oral and medical triage processes and ensure appointment books are at capacity

Undertake the management of client records and maintain registrations using client software

Liaise with other cohealth sites and public agencies to facilitate client care What Cohealth Offers Exciting Parental leave benefits cohealth offers primary carers 14 weeks paid parental leave upon completion of only 6 months of continuous service
