Role Description The Client Services Officer is a full time, hybrid role based in Brisbane, QLD, with some work-from-home flexibility. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality client service, including responding to client inquiries, managing appointments, and supporting advisors with documentation and follow-up.

The role involves maintaining accurate client records, preparing and processing forms, coordinating with product providers, and ensuring all client requests are handled in a timely, professional manner.

Officer will also assist in onboarding new clients, monitoring client satisfaction,



and contributing to continuous improvement of service processes. Collaboration with financial advisors and other team members is essential to provide a seamless and positive client experience.
