Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training) About The Role What if your expertise in clinical analytics and business intelligence could directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare data? We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics initiatives that connect clinical, operational, and performance data — and to help train the next generation of AI models to think like a healthcare data expert. Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale
Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends, inform leadership decisions, and drive improvements in care delivery and organizational efficiency
Translate complex healthcare datasets into trusted, actionable insights for both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
Contribute your domain expertise to AI training workflows — helping models better understand how healthcare analytics professionals think, evaluate, and decide
Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule Who You Are Deep experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or health data management
Proven ability to design, build, and manage BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and enterprise data models
Hands-on experience working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with leading BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
Comfortable leading or mentoring analytics teams and communicating complex findings clearly to diverse audiences
Detail-oriented, methodical, and rigorous in your approach to data quality and insight accuracy Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality frameworks, or AI evaluation systems
Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health analytics
Background in healthcare informatics, clinical data governance, or outcomes research
