Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Lead and mentor BI teams in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends and support leadership decisions
Translate complex, multi-source healthcare datasets into clear, actionable insights
Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve how AI systems interpret clinical and operational data
Contribute structured expert feedback that directly influences how leading AI models are trained Who You Are Seasoned professional with strong experience in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or healthcare data management
Proven track record designing and managing BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data models
Experienced working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments
Strategic thinker who can connect data to real-world care delivery and organizational outcomes
Detail-oriented and able to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently in a versatile, asynchronous environment Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
Familiarity with EHR systems, population health platforms, or clinical data warehouses
Background in value-based care, quality improvement, or healthcare operations
