ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will assist the Director of Care in the development and progression of high standards of clinical care delivery.

WHATS ON OFFER

- Maternity Leave position - 5-6 months
- Immediate Start
- Monday - Friday

Responsibilities Include:

- Oversee and lead the team to ensure excellent service delivery and that nursing practices and procedures are consistent with legislation and Advantaged Care Policies
- Coordinate communications and services between residents, families and medical professionals
- Directing and maintaining infection control




- Occupational health and safety standards
- Assisting in commonwealth government funding process
- Ensuring that education programs and quality improvement initiatives are implemented
- Comply with the Accreditation Standards and Guidelines for Residential Care Services

MUST HAVES

- Current Nurses Registration with AHPRA
- A strong background in Aged Care at an RN level
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, resident appraisal, classification processes and ANACC
- Proven experience leading, motivating and managing a team
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to implement and evaluate the use of IT systems in a residential aged care workplace
- A strong passion for quality in aged care
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Hard Working and Flexible
