We're partnering with a well-established aged care provider to recruit a Clinical Care Manager for a large 150-bed residential aged care community located just two hours from Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive leadership team where you'll have a genuine impact on clinical quality, team culture, and resident outcomes.

About the Role

As the Clinical Care Manager, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident-centred care. You'll work closely with the Facility Manager and multidisciplinary team to maintain clinical excellence, drive continuous improvement, and support staff development.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a large multidisciplinary clinical team.
- Oversee clinical governance, compliance, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and accreditation outcomes.
- Support, coach, and develop nursing staff.




- Promote a positive team culture focused on high-quality resident care.
- Ensure best practice clinical documentation and risk management.

About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within Residential Aged Care.
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire clinical teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional resident care and building high-performing teams.
